• Machine learning algorithms for pattern recognition and insights
• Web-based applications and mobile interfaces
• API access to our search infrastructure
• Data processing and analytics tools

The Services are designed for legitimate business, research, and professional use cases. You acknowledge that the Services are not intended for personal, non-commercial use or for any unlawful purposes.

2. License and Access

Subject to your compliance with these End User Terms, Quis Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your authorized business purposes.

7. Disclaimers

Quis Labs does not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Search results will be accurate, complete, or up-to-date
• Our AI algorithms will produce consistent or expected results
• The Services will meet your specific requirements
• Any defects in the Services will be corrected

You acknowledge that search results and AI-generated insights may vary and should not be considered as definitive or exhaustive. You should exercise your own judgment and verify information obtained through the Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL QUIS LABS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from inaccurate or incomplete search results
• Costs of substitute services
• Any damages arising from your use of information obtained through the Services
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of the Services

IN NO EVENT SHALL QUIS LABS'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quis Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these End User Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your use of information obtained through the Services
• Any claims by third parties arising from your use of the Services

10. Termination

These End User Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate these terms by discontinuing your use of the Services and deleting any applications or software related to the Services.
